Richard Lloyd is Bluefin’s fourth regional management appointment this year
Bluefin has appointed former Marsh and Willis regional manager Richard Lloyd as branch director of its Stockton office.
Lloyd, who spent seven years at Marsh’s Newcastle office, will report to Northern region managing director Tim Mortimer.
Lloyd also held roles at Willis and Independent Insurance Company.
He said: “Bluefin has a great reputation as the go-to insurance broker for the business community across the UK and I look forward to driving this business forward in the North East of England.”
It is Bluefin’s fourth regional appointment this year, after new bosses took over at its Leeds, Southampton and Midlands offices.
Mortimer said: “Richard’s appointment reinforces our commitment to hiring highly motivated, quality individuals.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
