Steve Broughton has joined SSP's board as a non-executive director.
He has extensive experience in the insurance sector, most notably at Royal & SunAlliance, where he was managing director of UK personal lines until his retirement four years ago.
David Rasche, SSP's executive chairman, commented: “The appointment of Steve as a non-executive director will help us to continue to drive SSP forward following our recent flotation. His wealth of experience in both insurance and IT development will be invaluable in assisting us as we pursue our strategy of consolidating our market leading position in the UK and expanding further into continental Europe.”
