Budget Insurance Services is to go through an executive reshuffle after losing three directors in the space of a few weeks.

Product development director Simon Jackson, IT director Steve Webster and group director Franco Cotumaccio are all reported to be working their notice periods after resigning from their posts.
Budget chief executive Peter Winslow said: "They have all been very good for the group and are going
with our thanks and good wishes."

The broker group responded by appointing current managing director of retail, Matthew Donaldson, to the main board.

Webster's role will not be directly replaced as the IT responsibility will be split between the company's in-house system, Disc, and external systems.

Jackson and Cotumaccio's main responsibilities are likely to be split between Donaldson and Winslow.
Webster is moving to Admiral, where he will become IT director; Jackson is taking up the role of
managing director at KGM's retail arm Roadsure; and Cotumaccio is understood
to be considering moving back to South Africa to set
up a consultancy offshoring business.

' Budget will announce another year of record profits at its year end in June.

Winslow said that although it had been difficult to generate calls in some sections of the business, both its motorcycle broker Bennetts and affinity business Junction continued to show strong growth.
