Chase IT Services, an IT supplier to the marine protection and indemnity insurance industry has revised and reactivated its graduate recruitment and training programme.
Chase said it would work closely with City University and bring undergraduates in to the company for work placements so they could get to know potential employees. The recruitment programme is currently working in the project office and It Infrastructure support sectors of the company.
Chase chief operating officer Mark Redhead said without investment in graduate recruitment programmes, the industry would face a skills shortage in the future.
