Chaucer Holdings PLC, has appointed Chris Forbes as a non-executive director of both Chaucer Holdings and Chaucer Syndicates, its Lloyd's managing agency.
The company said it intends to appoint Forbes chairman of Chaucer Syndicates when John Parton retires later this year.
It said it has also appointed Malcolm Cox as a non-executive director of Chaucer Syndicates.
