Ralph Jones, managing director at Hiscox, has resigned from the company to re-join the Chubb Group in the USA after being made an exceptional offer.
Jones is taking up the role of chief executive of Chubb Executive Risk on November 15. Hiscox has now announced a shake-up in the board, which sees the appointment of Sian Fisher, head of Hiscox Professional Insurances division, as director of underwriting.
Ian Martin, company secretary, is now finance and operations director.
They will both report to Bronek Masojada, the group chief executive of Hiscox plc.
