CNA has appointed David Leary, to establish a presence in the Irish brokers market.
Leary, formerly from NU, joins CNA as distribution manager.
He will be responsible for the promotion of all CNA's product lines, which include its web-enabled solutions.
Andrew Coutts, UK and Ireland director, said: “By opening an office in Dublin, we are able to deliver a responsive, friendly, 'local' service to our intermediary partners.
"The move into Ireland underlines CNA's commitment to the broker market and demonstrates the Company's very real desire to invest and grow its European insurance business.”
