Cornhill Insurance has bought pet health company DBI Insurance from Italian firm Generali for an undisclosed sum. DBI has 190,000 policyholders and a net written premium of £19 million
"Buying DBI is a step along the road of expanding our presence in the animal healthcare market," said Cornhill schemes division general manager George Stratford.
