Rupert Pennant-Rea has joined Defaqto as chairman.
Pennant-Rea is chairman of Henderson Group and also former deputy governor of the Bank of England.
Kenn Herskind, chief executive of Defaqto Group, commented: "I am delighted that Mr Pennant-Rea has decided to join us as our new chairman. He brings great experience in both finance and media, and I am looking forward to working with him."
