An insurer contacted Backchat recently with the news it had received its 'scope of permission notice'.
Good news folks, but just how far does this 'scope' go? The answer is in the FSA's statement of 'limitations'.
Now read on: "The regulated activity of agreeing to carry on a regulated activity is limited to agreeing to carry on such regulated activities as are specified in this notice."
