Fusion to grow Coventry operation
BGL Group company Fusion is recruiting 100 new staff to its Coventry office.
The firm already has 270 staff at the contact centre site.
The new positions will be prominently advisor roles and team leaders.
Andy Talbot, site manager at Fusion Coventry, said: "We have had the office space to grow our Fusion Coventry operation since we moved to the site in 2007.
"Following ongoing business growth and operational changes we are able to staff our contact centre to its full capacity - which is not only great news for Fusion but also for Coventry.
He added: "Our first round of recruitment last October was extremely successful. We hired 100 new people and of these some are already developing their careers with Fusion by signing up to NVQ qualifications with the company."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
