I am writing with reference to Ita Ward ("What's a broker to do", 20 March, Insurance Times).
It's reassuring to know that there are like-minded brokers out there - we thought we were alone and the only frustrated brokers in captivity.
Eventually, insurance companies will realise their current method of "contact' is not working. So, our advice is to hang in there and, hopefully, the industry will revert to giving a human service.
