The Hampshire-based Graham High Group has separated its risk surveying and risk management business from its core loss adjusting operations.
It said the move was due to significant growth in its risk businesses.
As of 1 May 2004, the company's risk surveying and risk management operations will trade as a separate company under the name Base (UK) Ltd.
