Hardy Underwriting non-executive director Pierre van der Mersch retired from his post at yesterday's annual meeting after not standing for re-election.
The Hardy board now has three executive and four non-executive directors.
Chief executive Peter Hardy said: “We are extremely grateful to Pierre for the considerable time and effort that he has contributed to the company over the years.
“Pierre has been involved with Hardy from its early days and his contribution has always proved to be invaluable. We wish him well for the future.”
