Software house will provide full suite of insurance services for the insurer
Hastings Direct has signed a deal with software house Guidewire for its InsuranceSuite platform.
The platform will be used by Hastings for the management of underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, rating and client data.
Hastings Direct director of risk and business services David Walker said: “Hastings Direct undertook a rigorous evaluation exercise before choosing Guidewire. We are confident that InsuranceSuite is the right technology to support our customer and commercial objectives, in addition to growing our business sustainably and securely.”
Guidewire EMEA managing director Keith Stonell said: “Guidewire is delighted to have been selected. We look forward to working with Hastings Direct as a long-term partner as it transforms its operations while maintaining its special relationship with customers.”
