Heath Lambert Insurance Services (HLIS) has appointed Paul Hickman as operations director at its Wakefield base.
Hickman joins HLIS after three years spent as operations manager for Primary Direct. He ran Primary's personal lines contact centre operations.
In addition, David Rudd has been appointed business and product development director. Rudd joined HLIS in 2001. Prior to that, he was responsible for product, e-commerce and business development at Halifax General Insurance Services.
HLIS managing director Paul Smith said the appointments significantly strengthened the company's management team in the Wakefield operations. Wakefield is the base for HLIS' personal lines business, covering home, motor and travel insurance.
