Mark Adams replaces Mark Jackson
Accident management firm Helphire has promoted its finance director Mark Adams to be its new chief executive.
The company will formally announce the change at its AGM today and he will officially take over at the end of the meting.
The company also announced two further board changes. “The decisions of Roger Taylor and Richard Burrell to retire from the board after almost nine years and six years respectively, which were announced on 23 September 2008, will also become effective at the conclusion of the AGM. Mike O'Leary will succeed Roger Taylor as senior independent director and chairman of the remuneration committee,” the company said
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
