Henderson Insurance Brokers (HIB) has promoted Steve Farrow and Paul Judge to its executive board.

Farrow, finance director, and Judge, development director, are joined by Greg Markham and Darron Brady, who have also been promoted to the board of directors.

Stephen Murphy has also joined the company at director level after being recruited from AON, and Andrew Wakefield has been recruited as an associate director from broker, Smart and Cook.

Existing employees Chris Harvey, Neil Beck, Sam Beal, Sarah Bullock, Jane Harrison and Dave Saxby have also reached the level of associate director at HIB.

The company has also confirmed the appointments of Catherine Clayforth (high net worth manager), Caroline Vowles (account executive), Mark Insall, Ted Welton, Kuen Chee Gan, James Tosh, Katie Lewin and Laura Britton (commercial brokers) and Mark Robinson (trainee account executive).

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
