The IUA (International Underwriting Association) Education & Training Executive Committee has announced it is to host a Learning @ Work Day this month for City organisations to show that "learning can be fun".
Representatives from the Corporation of London, Learning and Skills Council, City University, LMP, The Brokerage, British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) and the Under 35's club will showcase their initiatives in promoting continuous learning.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) will also be at the event demonstrating its new Learning Management system.
Members of each of the eight London Market Language Clubs will advise on how market participants can become involved in their activities and learn another language.
Other events will include a presentations on stress management and leadership skills, and even a lunchtime yoga session.
The Learning @ Work Day will take place on 16 May.
