Insurance firms that fear staff are abusing the internet and email facilities can now police the web.
Intelligent Network Technology's managing director, Mark Herbert, says company managers can monitor and control activity through cyberspace.
He said: “Our clients, 10% of which come from the insurance industry, have become increasingly aware of the effect that general internet and email access can have on staff output.”
The new version intY access server can track email and internet use, logging who is doing what and for how long.
