JLT Risk Solutions announced that Keith Rutter will join the company on 1 December. Rutter was previously chief executive of The Underwriter.
Rutter's role will have a particular focus on new business development in the UK, Australia and the Middle East.
He will report directly to JLT Risk Solutions chairman and chief executive Dominic Collins, said the company.
