Tony Lancaster has been appointed non-executive director at Mondial Assistance. This follows his retirement from Groupama as chairman and chief executive.
Mondial managing director Mike Webb said: "Tony is very highly thought of and well known within the industry and we are absolutely delighted to have him join the team, here at Mondial.
"He will be an invaluable asset to our existing team providing an amazing depth of experience and knowledge for them to draw upon."
Mondial Assistance is part of the Allianz group.
