Cox commercial division chief executive Michael Lange has resigned from the insurer.
Lange had been tasked with managing the run-off of the commercial division.
A statement said: "The first phase of the run-off has now been successfully completed."
Lange joined Cox as commercial division chief executive in September 2001.
