Sir Martin Moore-Bick has been appointed chairman of the Legal Services Consultative Panel.

Sir Martin is a Lord Justice of Appeal.

The Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs and Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer said: "The Legal Services Consultative Panel plays an important role in providing advice on regulatory matters and in helping form this department's policy.

"It will continue to play an important role in the regulation of the professional bodies until the establishment of a Legal Services Board.

"I am certain that Sir Martin will provide the LSCP with excellent leadership and direction in a changing regulatory environment".

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
