Monument has announced the appointment of David Campbell as chief operating officer based in its City of London office.
Campbell joins Monument from ING Barings, the corporate and investment banking division of ING Group, where he was managing director and global head of internal audit for four years.
Campbell will take responsibility for the operations, finance, compliance and IT divisions of Monument and will be a member of the Monument executive management team.
