Moorhouse has launched a £5m acquisition programme with the aim of entering the top 50 UK brokers by 2008.
The Welsh based broker said it would make strategic acquisitions to move it into the “premier league”.
It said the expansion would create new jobs at its head office in Caerphilly.
“Our new building is expected to be completed by September and will have ample room to accommodate 160 new staff,” Moorhouse chairman Lyndon Wood said.
