Welsh broker Motaquote Insurance has bought Robert Weavers Insurance Centres - its third acquisition in three months.
Earlier this year, Motaquote acquired Abbey Insurance Services, which was merged into the Cwmbran Motaquote branch.
It also bought A&R Insurance Services, which will be merged into its Merthyr Tydfil branch in due course.
Paul Ragan, group-managing director, said: "We are extremely pleased with the recent acquisitions and particularly pleased that the proprietors of both A&R and Robert Weavers have joined our employment.
"As we positively work towards FSA authorisation, retaining the wealth of experience that these individuals bring to the group is as valuable to us as the good will of the business we have bought."
