Accidentcare has recently enhanced the range of benefits within its motoring solutions and accident management products.
These include alternative transport costs and a Pay As U Go breakdown service.
Chief executive Mike Eve said the key element in Accidentcare, a provider of specialist products for motorists, was to manage this service.
He said the quality of service given by larger insurers was "horrible".
