Munich Re's primary insurance unit ERGO has purchased a 75% stake in the Turkish property/casualty insurer Isvicre for an undisclosed price.
ERGO said its market entry into Turkey with the country's fifth largest property/casualty insurer fits with its strategy to expand business in Southern and Eastern Europe.
