Property damage restoration firm Munters has launched a web-based school for its managers giving them online access to knowledge and skills training programmes.
It said it had developed the programme, called Munters Academy, in partnership with Colchester-based firm theworkingmanager.com.
Munters said the programme would enable middle and aspiring manages to learn at their own pace and in their own way.
Munters divisional director Alastair Phillips said: "This is an exciting and innovative approach to management development.
"It motivates and involves managers to constantly improve their skills at their own pace without the need to enrol at a college or university."
