Siobhan Caragher made managing director at UK Financial Services Practice
Russell Reynolds Associates, the global executive search and assessment firm, has appointed Siobhan Caragher as managing director in the firm’s UK Financial Services Practice.
She will focus initially on further developing the firm’s insurance practice and will also be involved in its activities in the banking and management consultancy sectors.
She will be based in the firm’s London office.
Siobhan has more than 10 years’ experience in the international executive search market, following an earlier career in the insurance industry.
She was most recently a partner and head of Whithead Mann’s Insurance Practice where she handled board level assignments in the insurance, banking and management consultancy sectors. Siobhan was previously Director and Head of Insurance at Norman Broadbent.
Caragher said: “The insurance industry continues to undergo enormous change and needs the best people to lead it successfully at a time of such opportunity.
