Groupama Insurances director Tim Ablett this week revealed the new line-up of his personal insurance senior management team responsible for claims service, operations, distribution, technical underwriting and pricing.
Jacci Taylor has been appointed claims and customer services director, having held the post of personal insurances claims manager for the past seven years.
Gareth Holt has been named operations and customer services director, while Stephen Albutt has been appointed technical services and pricing director.
Jon Morrell, previously affinity and corporate partnerships director, becomes the new sales and distribution director.
Simultaneously, Ablett announced that associate director Trevor Miles is to retire from the group in April after 33 years' service.
