‘We believe that together, we can achieve even more,’ says director
Aviva has launched a new fund-matching initiative to help brokers increase the amount they raise for charities in their local communities.

The insurer’s Double the Difference programme will see Aviva is provide up to £5,000 per broker-led charity initiative through matching individual donations of up to £250.
The insurer has pledged to donate up to £200,000 through the programme, with funding available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since launching in June 2026, the scheme has supported 18 broker-led projects, with Aviva contributing more than £13,000 in matched funding.
Michelle Taylor, broker distribution director at Aviva, said: “We know our brokers have an incredible impact on their communities across the UK, but we believe that together, we can achieve even more.”
Community support
The scheme replaces the former Aviva Broker Community Fund and allows brokers to register one fundraising project per location, up to a maximum of five projects across their branch network.

Brokers can choose any UK-registered charity to support, with the aim of helping firms back causes that are important to their employees and local communities.
Momentum Broker Solutions has already benefited from the initiative, with Aviva matching £5,000 raised for The Community Rugby Trust.
Alistair Body, business development director at Momentum Broker Solutions, said the funding would allow the charity to deliver coaching to more than 800 children.
He added: “Supporting The Community Rugby Trust gives us, as a broker, a genuine opportunity to give back to our local community.”
