Four firms are competing for the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker category at the Insurance Times Awards 2026

Ahead of 2026’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 2 December at Grosvenor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that four firms have been shortlisted for the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker award.

This category sought to recognise brokers that implemented projects to measurably improve the end customer experience, whether through technology, more efficient claims reporting or customer education to support informed decision-making.

Judges looked for projects that delivered measurable improvements to the end customer experience, demonstrating a clear commitment to putting customers at the heart of the business.
