The appointee is the ‘ideal candidate for the role’, having developed an ‘excellent track-record’, says head of business and market relationships
Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) – part of Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Global Risk Solutions division – has appointed Martin Vince as its head of broker management.
Vince brings over 24 years of insurance industry experience to the role. Prior to joining LSM, he was strategic development manager at Chubb Insurance.
In his new role, which was announced today (2 November 2022), Vince will be responsible for leading the broker management team in London.
He replaces Laura Burns – who was promoted to the role of head of client management in July 2022 – and will report to LSM’s head of business and market relationships Mark Stephenson.
Stephenson said: “Martin brings a wealth of experience in building, developing and maintaining broker relationships.
“He has an excellent track-record for delivering on his objectives and keeping the commitments that he makes to business partners. He is the ideal candidate for the role.”
LSM offers speciality and commercial insurance and reinsurance products across the UK, European, Middle East, US, Bermuda, Asia Pacific and Latin America markets.
It currently boasts around 2,000 employees.
