Markerstudy has appointed Kartina Tahir Thomson as an independent non-executive director of the Markerstudy Distribution board.
In a career spanning over 25 years, Thomson’s experience lies in commercial, financial, actuarial, risk, regulation and governance.
She has held roles at Willis Towers Watson, Bank of England, as well as her recent post as the president of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
Emma Rawlinson, chief executive at Markerstudy Distribution, said: “We’re excited to welcome Thomson, who brings strategic thinking and significant practical experience which will help us shape our future footprint and support our growth ambitions.
