’Giving back to charities and good causes is in Markerstudy’s DNA and has been one of our core values for nearly 25 years,’ says chief marketing, communications and sustainability officer

Markerstudy Group has raised £6,470 for Cancer Research UK via its fundraiser week.

The week saw thousands of colleagues nationwide dig out their denim and don navy knits to turn the week blue for the charity, with plenty of fundraising activities going ahead as well.

This included quizzes, bake sales, pool tournaments and carnival games.

A group wide silent auction also took place, in which colleagues had the opportunity to bid on an array of prizes that included a driving experience at Silverstone.

’Giving back’

Cancer Research UK was selected as Markerstudy’s Charity of Choice for 2025 during a vote featuring over 1,000 colleagues in January.

Lizzie Smith-Foreman, chief marketing, communications and sustainability officer at Markerstudy, said: “Our annual fundraising event is a highlight in our calendar and it’s fantastic to see colleagues from around the business coming together to raise as much as we could for Cancer Research UK.

”Giving back to charities and good causes is in Markerstudy’s DNA and has been one of our core values for nearly 25 years. This year our colleagues’ efforts to put the ‘fun’ into fundraising did not disappoint once again and I’m thrilled we were able to raise much needed funds for the charity.”
