‘Both are top notch professionals, highly experienced and genuinely great people,’ says chief client officer
Insurance advisory firm Partners& has added to its M&A advisory practice with the appointments of two new senior staff members.

Partners& said that the appointees will worked under Julie Scott, the M&A advisory team’s head, to “further develop specialist expertise in an area of growing importance for businesses, investors and advisers seeking to navigate complex transactions”.

“Both are top notch professionals, highly experienced and genuinely great people. They already feel a part of the team and are delivering real value for our clients and ecosystem partners.
“Unlike many transaction-focused models, Partners& aims to support clients and advisers throughout the entire business lifecycle, from growth and investment through to acquisition, integration and ongoing risk management.”
Sloman added: “Our ambition is to build the leading W&I and tax insurance proposition for UK private company M&A.
“Clients want experienced advisers who can anticipate challenges, solve problems early and leverage strong insurer relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes and that’s what we’re committed to delivering.
“The level of collaboration across the business is unlike anything we’ve experienced before. People are genuinely focused on sharing opportunities, working together and delivering great outcomes for clients. It creates a powerful platform for growth.”
