Esure, the general insurer backed by the Halifax, has launched a motor package that benefits drivers who have a good claims and driving record.
The insurer claims it is offering the best no claims discount (NCD) package in the motor insurance marketplace at the moment.
All drivers with a five-year no claims discount can receive a 70% NCD from Esure, compared to the usual maximum of 65%.
In addition, Esure is introducing a ten-year NDC scale, which will add an extra 1% discount per claim-free year beyond five, reaching a top level of 75% after ten years' claim-free driving.
