Many small brokers will not be taking a holiday this year, according to a new survey.
The Alliance & Leicester Business Banking survey says that 31% of small business owners will not take a holiday this year. The survey says that the cost of replacement managers and the sheer volume of work mean that one million small business owners will not get away this year.
The situation is exacerbated in the insurance industry because of the difficulty in placing cover this year.
