Omni Whittington has appointed former FSA supervisor Harry Whitcher as compliance and risk manager for Reliance National Insurance Company, Europe.
Whitcher has spent 21 years in the insurance industry covering regulation, motor, commercial lines, personal lines, property and life assurance. Prior to joining the FSA, Whitcher was insurance claims and risk manager with CAMAS and claims supervisor for AGF Insurance.
Omni Whittington purchased Reliance National in October 2003. The company had ceased underwriting in 2001.
