Oval Insurance has acquired Bristol-based commercial broker John Eke & Partners.
Founded 30 years ago, John Eke & Partners has grown steadily to reach mid-sized status, with close to 40 staff and £18m GWP.
The acquisition is Oval's seventh in two years.
The deal comes just two months after Oval's first full year's trading. Figures published in August showed the company to be two years ahead of its original plan.
