Oxygen appoints new Leeds head of corporate risks

Simon Rowlands has been appointed Head of Office for Oxygen Corporate Risks in Leeds.

He recently joined the group as a Senior Client Director from Bartlett where he a major account director. He has also been active in the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA.)
