Pinnacle Insurance, the UK creditor and warranty insurer, has signed a contract with Aruna PLC, for its accelerated business intelligence software, Aruna Companion.
Pinnacle Insurance will run the software alongside its existing data sources to increase the speed, flexibility and provision of customer information and management and internal reporting.
Pinnacle said it intended to implement Aruna Companion in the UK from October 1, 2001. Foreign subsidiaries will use the software from a later date.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
