Budget Insurance Services' new breakdown and recovery package from RAC, starts operating today.
Insurance intermediary Budget Insurance Services has awarded RAC the contract to provide its breakdown service.
The new breakdown and recovery package, called Budget Breakdown, starts operating today.
It provides RAC's Accident Recovery service, its At Home cover and its Onward Travel service, which includes a hire car, taxi and hotel facility.
The new cover will be offered to all Budget customers when they contact the company's Sunderland and Peterborough call centres for a motor insurance quote.
RAC Business Development Manager for Insurance, Simon Hunt, said: "RAC breakdown and recovery services are designed as a seamless operation to fit in exactly with Budget's own policies and procedures.
"The RAC package, which is competitively priced, is wide ranging and offers a one stop shop for Budget customers. For those who renew their motor insurance with Budget, the package is provided free of charge."
