Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA ) has issued regulatory disclosures on the interests of two newly-appointed non-executive directors, Noel Harwerth and Malcolm Le May.
It said neither Harwerth nor Le May had held directorships in any other publicly quoted companies during the past five years, nor do either of them have any interests in the shares of R&SA.
The company announced the appointment of Harwerth and Le May on 30 March 2004.
