A new internet-based claims package was launched this week.
The package, IP-Claims from SAP UK, can run on a web-browser and includes integrated front-end and back-end systems. It is currently only available for motor insurance, but will shortly be extended to other classes of business.
The package includes functions for claims notification, case management, repair service management, and financial management, comprising reserving and disbursements for claims settlement or third party services.
