THB Risk Solutions has appointed Jeff Gilbert to the role of technical manager.
This newly created role incorporates responsibility for technical training and standards across the company. Reporting to newly appointed commercial manager Michelle Ruff, Gilbert will help with product enhancements and new broker initiatives.
THB's managing director, Andy Hawkes, said: “We introduced this new role to the company in order to further our commitment to technical product excellence. Jeff will be a very valuable addition to the company. He brings 18 years' industry experience and will enhance the team's understanding of more complex risks enabling us to continue to provide first class solutions to our brokers.”
Prior to joining THB, Gilbert has worked for NIG and AMP Pearl in a variety of technical and service related roles.
