St. Paul International Insurance Company has hired Andy Hawkes to oversee the development of a new, fully integrated programme of risk management, information and claims services for large corporate and institutional clients.

Mr Hawkes, who previously led the e-business initiatives at Independent Insurance, will hold a Deputy General Manager position and will be based at St. Paul's operational headquarters in Redhill, Surrey.
