Lloyd's managing agency PRO Syndicate Management (PRO SM), a member company of the Swiss Re Group, has boosted its Lloyd's market presence with the acquisition of the business of Commodore Underwriting Agency.
Trinity sold
Culver Holdings subsidiary Culver Insurance Brokers has bought the commercial insurance broking business Trinity Court from Budget Group.It was bought for £205,000.Culver plans to merge this business with CIB's existing business in Cardiff and London.
